Firm and full, with a subtle vanilla sweetness giving a rich mouth feel. The palate is filled with dark cherry fruit, red currents and chocolate with the soft tannins provide a lingering finish.
Nineteen crimes turned convicts into colonists. Upon conviction British rogues guilty of a least one of the 19 crimes were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. As pioneers in a frontier penal colony, they forged a new country and new lives, brick by brick. This wine celebrates the rules they broke and the culture they built.
Summer berries in a glass. Perfect for picnics, brunches, parties and those times where you don't want to open a full bottle. Mini Party Packs are just the thing for entertaining.
Shiny cherry red colour. On the nose, beautiful ripe red fruit notes stand out (cherry, plum) on a smoky background with liquorice hints. On the palate, it is easy-drinking, with smooth tannins and very fruity. Long and elegant aftertaste.
Dark and deep red. It has a classic Peumo Carménère profile of intense dark plums, black currants, and dark chocolate. It is modern in tannins which are soft and finely ground. The wine shows firm tannic structure, with a crisp bite of acidity.
If you're looking for a well-behaved wine, this isn't it! My he-devil was created to turn heads, break hearts and leave you wanting more... and it's delivered on all counts. - Graham Norton, Chief Winemaker
Classic Côtes-du-Rhône with an evocative nose of dark berried fruit, savoury undergrowth, a hint of oak and nuanced spice. The palate displays supple red berry and sweet cherry flavours balanced by judicious acidity and nicely textured tannins complexed by earthy notes. Beautifully balanced and flavoursome and best drunk with roast beef and dauphinoise potatoes.
