The soil of this appellation is composed of clay and limestone and benefits from an oceanic and temperate climate. Limited yields, hand tending, careful selection and minimal interference during the natural ripening of the grapes. The nose is rich and develops intense aromas of black fruits (plum, cherry, blackberry) with spicy notes (cinnamon, pepper). Fruity and delicious on the palate, the tannins are supple with a long finish. Ideal with red meats, dishes in sauce and cheese.
