A complex well layered wine displaying fresh citrus, grapefruit and white pepper. The crisp acidity carries through to the pallet.

Pale straw in colour with green tinge, and lifted citrus, tropical and herbaceous aromas. Clean tropical notes, with passionfruit and a herbaceous grassy lift and crisp finish.

The nose is bursting with perfumed pears, and subtle candied fruit. The palate backs this up with sweet pear/fig dominating the fruit flavours and soft texture. The wine has silky drinkability and great balance leaving a clean and crisp finish. Great on its own or with a wide range of cuisine. Pairs especially well with Asian dishes.

Tropically scented but with layers of sweet capsicum and floral lime zest rising from the glass initially. This is well backed up by a vibrant, zingy fresh palate with deceptive power and concentration. There is a creaminess to the palate from time on lees that adds a textural dimension, which is in great balance with the driving tropical fruit.

Soft yet flavoursome, with revealing passion fruit and citrus fruit characters. Enjoy on it's own or with foods such as Sushi or Fresh green salads.
