Sourced from Mount Riley's Brookby Road vineyard in the Southern Valleys sub-region, where the diversity of their Pinot Noir clones allow them to make a complex and complete wine with vibrant, pure fruit character and depth of flavour. The grapes are cold soaked, fermented in small parcels and aged for 7 months in French oak barriques.
