Batch fermented in small open-top tanks, it spends 6-9 months in 100% French Oak, the Gold River Pinot Noir offers exceptional quality and regionality at a good price.

It all started with a kiss! A Stolen Kiss Rosé back in 2006, when winemaker Malcolm Rees-Francis 'stole' some Pinot Noir grapes that were destined for Rockburn's flagship Central Otago Pinot Noir and turned them into one of the country's first premium Rosé wines. Once unleashed into your glass its candy-floss and crème-brûlée aromas shall sashay into a flirtatious toffee-apple and simmering strawberry palate smeared with cherry lip-gloss; most fun to drink chilled on sultry summer afternoons and evenings.

This is a rich full-bodied wine yet at the same time, remains in balanced across the palate with fine, elegant tannins – the hallmark of great Cabernet.

The luscious elegance of the Clare Valley fruit marries superbly with the slightly peppery fruit from McLaren Vale.

The Devil's Staircase takes the willing down into the realm of decadence and bacchanalian delights. Here everything is pleasure, spiced up with a dash of naughtiness. The unrelenting environment tortures the vines whose twisted limbs produce wine worthy of absolution. These wines are sinfully succulent and devilishly good.

This Buttery Chardonnay is golden-straw in colour and opens with decadent aromas. The creamy, rich buttery flavours swirl with notes of stone and tropical fruits with sweet baking spices. Oak ageing creates a finish of crème brûlée and toasty brioche. Enjoy this wine with roasted chicken, grilled salmon, creamy dishes, and pungent cheeses.

Classic Côtes-du-Rhône with an evocative nose of dark berried fruit, savoury undergrowth, a hint of oak and nuanced spice. The palate displays supple red berry and sweet cherry flavours balanced by judicious acidity and nicely textured tannins complexed by earthy notes. Beautifully balanced and flavoursome and best drunk with roast beef and dauphinoise potatoes.

The Lionheart of Dandelion Vineyards is their old vine Barossa vineyard. These ancient, gnarled vines, many over a hundred years of age, are not only surviving but thriving on their own roots in some of the oldest soils on the planet. In the last week of April whole bunches of Shiraz were hand harvested, then gently crushed and naturally fermented in open fermenters for eight days, hand plunged twice a day, before careful basket pressing into some new but predominantly older French Oak Barriques to finish fermentation. After 18 months maturation and a racking in the same oak, we bottled our Lionheart without filtration or fining, to capture the essence of the vineyard. Dandelion Vineyards Lionheart is ready to drink and will reward cellaring and decanting.

Lioness of McLaren Vale is sourced from Angus and Helen Tuck's vineyard located in the subregion of Bakers Gully. Here mature Shiraz vines populate or perish, in the ironstone pebble laden clay loam, over ancient Kurrajong Formation geology, a silica cemented conglomerate most suited to grow Shiraz. After hand picking whole bunches of the Lioness of McLaren Vale in mid-March their winemaker Elena Brooks let the whole bunches ferment together in open top fermenters with ambient yeasts and hand plunging for 12 days, before basket pressing into some new (20%) but predominately older French Oak barriques, to the mature for a further 18 months in the same oak, before bottling without fining or filtration to capture the essence of the vineyard. Although ready to drink the Lioness of McLaren Vale will also reward cellaring and decanting.

Expressive aromas of kaffir lime, honeydew melon and guava fuse beautifully with a delicately textured palate of lemongrass, luscious citrus and tropical fruit. Vibrant aromatics and great purity of flavour combine with a distinctive minerality and fine palate texture. A beautiful wine that reflects Peregrine's commitment to organic wine growing on the two sub regions that contribute to this Sauvignon Blanc.
